Every item on JudoShop.com is printed to order. Making your item usually takes 1–3 business days before it ships. After that, standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days, depending on where you live. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
UK and EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel for catalogue designs after delivery. See the full details in our policies below.
If an item arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, email us and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund once checked.
For returns or cancellations, email support@judoshop.com first. Do not post anything back until we reply — we will give you the returns address for your order.
