Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.

As each order is custom-made (Print On Demand), we cannot offer size or color exchanges.

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please email support(at)judoshop dot com with details of the defect.

We will offer a replacement (same product, same size) for verified defects.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, submit claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages

If you provide an insufficient address, the package will be returned to our facility.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Special Product Considerations

Sealed goods (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

Some items may show slight discoloration upon arrival. This is normal and will wash out after the first cycle. Please wash the item before reporting any issues.

EU Consumer Rights

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized goods or unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Return addresses vary based on the fulfillment location. Please contact: support (at) judoshop dot com for the correct return address before sending any items back.

SHIPPING INFO: Please read carefully

Please allow 2-7 business days to create apparel products. Then you should add shipping times of 2-5 business days for ground shipping from USA or Europe.  

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information. 

International shipping outside of the USA or Europe, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.

The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be responsible for these fees.

Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer.
