Shipping policy

Who we are

JudoShop.com, Chynoweth House, Apt 2788, Truro TR4 8UN, United Kingdom. Questions: support@judoshop.com or +44 1277 674767.

How your order is made

Every item is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to edit or cancel it for production reasons. That does not remove any legal right you have to cancel under UK or EU consumer law - see our Refund Policy.

Making your item usually takes 1-3 business days before it ships.

Some items, such as caps, mugs, bags and posters, are always sent separately. Items made in different production locations also arrive in separate parcels.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the UK, the EU/Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most countries worldwide. Some destinations may be unavailable; checkout only offers shipping where we can deliver. The available destinations can change.

Delivery times (after your item is made)

  • UK / Europe, standard: estimated 5–7 business days after fulfilment.
  • Rest of the world, standard: estimated 5–7 business days after fulfilment.

If a faster shipping option is available for your address, it will appear at checkout with its own estimated time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Stock issues, failed delivery attempts or courier disruption can cause delays. Unless we agree a different date with you, UK law says goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Carriers and tracking

We use third-party carriers. The carrier varies by destination. Every order comes with tracking: we'll email you a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Our store currency is US dollars (USD). Depending on your location, checkout may also show prices in another currency (for example GBP or EUR). The amount you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

Customs and import charges

If your order is made in a different region from where you live, your local customs office may charge handling or customs fees on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility unless the law in your country says otherwise.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel is past its estimated delivery date, please allow a few more days, then email support@judoshop.com with your order number. Please tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can raise a lost-in-transit claim with our production partner.

Wrong or incomplete address

If the courier can't deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to our production partner. We can send it again once you confirm the correct address, but you pay the cost of resending. The same applies to parcels that aren't collected.

Your other rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example if goods are faulty) or your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive where they apply. See our Refund Policy.
